How do I reset my bakery?

Hi. I messed up in my bakery and I want to reset it. How do I do that?

I have finished the game and I'm getting tiered of it. So I want to restart it

It would be nice to be able to reset the game, I made a few mistakes and would like to start the game again. Also, some of the items take way to long to cook, even for the game.

Unless you want to buy a new device. TL holds all the data on their servers so as long as you have that same device you cannot reset your bakery.
