deleting and restarting game

I deleted everything in my restaurant thinking it would make me money to buy other things but it didnt happen that way how do I start over or can I? I tried deleting it and re-downloading it but it didnt work. help please

Each game is assigned to a device. Once downloaded you cannot restart the game on that device(phone, Ipod, etc).
Everyday you get bonus money so you can wait to get money tomorrow to start fresh.
