I haven't added this to my kingdom because of space. Am I missing story line or anything by not having this building? I don't need the royal points, but if there is a part of the story I'm not doing I want to complete it.

No you are not missing anything, it is not in any storyline. I just bought it last week because I'm trying to get one of every building and it completes my set, I had really forgotten about it unil now, and I have been level 50 awhile and my goal book is gone. Just got it to level 10.
