How do I neighbor from your shop?

Say, I (using my shop as an example) I go to LP's Home Pets, and I like that shop, and I want to become neighbors with whomever runs it. How do I find the shop owner's ID so I can invite them?

You have to ask them for their user I'd on their wall or leave yours so they can add you:)
