Permanent baby sheep?

I'm stuck with a baby black sheep that won't mature. I emailed support, but only got generic answers that weren't helpful at all, even though I was quite specific. I've collected from it an estimated 100x. Any ideas?

Should only require about 9 to 10 collections of the baby Sheep before it grows up into an adult Sheep. Try collecting from the baby Sheep a few more times. Make sure you're collecting from the baby Sheep instead of the adult Sheep. Baby Sheep will only give out experience.

I only have three adults (white, black & turkey) besides the forever baby. They are far enough apart so I can tell from whom I'm collecting. I've been playing a long time and have not had any issues like this before.
She is adorable as is, but I need wool more than a cute baby lol.

Try collecting from your baby Sheep again. After a few more times if it still does not turn into an adult, please let us know. Thanks!
