At what time (and time zone) does the Gifting and tipping/cleaning/tending reset?

I feel like I'm Gifting and tipping twice a day!

Is it midnight (12am) Pacific Standard Time (PST)?

Tipping does reset at midnight pst, but I've noticed I can occasionally tip extra to 2-3 people a day, not sure who it will be or why. Gifting is every 24 hours from the last time you did it. Sometimes I see I can gift someone again, but I don't think they get it, just for some reason the gift button is still lit. If you want, skip a day and do all your gifting at midnight. HTH!

I am in Australia. And it all resets at 6:56PM. I am not sure where you live but it resets in the afternoon in EST time. Will look at time I Posted this and give u the data
