Explain me pls

Hi community,
someone can explain me why we have a lot of difference trought ios and android version?
Why just ios have that awesome features like battle vs dragons, and android version dont have?
I'm a bit afraid of that becouse i think the game need to have the same features with all s.o.
Dunno if team lava work on this and implement that on android version... i post here just to know why android is a lowest ver. and ios a greatest ver.
