Help I need neighbors!

I've been playing this game for over 2 years, but I barely have any neighbors. I am in need of some please and thanks!! Especially for the latest quest! My storm id is DarthCupcake please add. :) I respond to requested items for quest as well!

Someone said the other day that they got 160 neighbors in just a couple of days by posting in the Add Me forum for CS:

If you read the current quest thread, there are also some recent posts in the last 24 hours or so from people looking for neighbors for this quest, as well as forum members open to new neighbors.
