Summer caravan gem mistake

I just made a boo boo and accidentally hit the skip with gems button on my cabbages instead of load.

Can this be reversed? I've made little mistakes before and never asked but this one was a slip of the finger and I lost half my gems.

I'm happy to keep collecting cabbages....help?
