Comet Dragon

Has anyone ever actually & successfully crafted a Comet Dragon? I have sent my level 10 Atlantis on the quest probably a hundred times over the last several months and never get the Eternal Flame that I need. I've also only been able to collect 2 of the 3 Lunar Cores that I would need.

I know it's a rare drop or find, but this is beyond frustrating :mad:
