I am at Level 67 and my applicance starting with Pueba Oven are 'locked by goal'... Will I ever be able to access the rest of the 'locked by goal' appliances?

I am sorry but when goals have expired, there is no way to unlock the appliances.

Kind of curious. If the goal's expired why are items still listed?

If they remove the items, they have to remove them from everyone's game. The players that completed the goals and earned the locked items would no longer have access to them.

Yeah, I don't know why they wouldn't do that for old items and recipes. Seems like a good way to earn more revenue. If they're still visible, I'd like to think it's possible to make them purchasable.
