I like it! And Love the underwater theme! Hope we have more! Real Sea Dragons look a little like sea horses, but fancier! There could also be anemone, urchin, octopus, hermit crab, or amazing colored nudibranchs. Yay! ;)

No it can't live on the seashore habitat. I thought that was kind of strange to have that habitat come out the same time as this dragon and it can't even live there. :(

I just had to stop by and share my snafu with this dragon. As always, as soon as the dragon is introduced I get to breeding. Nothing new there, but apparently I didn't pay enough attention and closed the pop-up too soon because after days of trying, I still didn't get it. It was only this morning that I noticed I'd been trying to get it with the wrong colors! I've been breeding pink and green, I literally face-palmed when I took the time to look at the popup today. Hopefully my Kite/Lightning combo will yield better results. LOL

Third sunrise in a row, making it the 4th sunrise and 16th attempt. :( Only one new dragon bred in three months, and that's with speeding things up at a times. Shouldn't complain since the last dragon that I unsuccessfully tried for was over 50 attempts. TL, please bring back our breeding luck! :rolleyes: For the first time in almost 1 1/2 years, I don't feel like checking the game anymore, and I'm quite fond of my neighbors.

OMG I am not off to a good start. I just tarted this morning and threw in Virtue and Genie, hoping I might get this adorable Seahorse or a Origami. And what I got? A 24 hour sunrise. I really want porcelain too because it looks really nice as well as a baby, but this is like one of my favorites. However, if I get a Lacewing I will keep it even though I do not like the design of that one very much.

I bred it a long time ago on like my 20th try, but it was during free boosted breeding. In order to get that 8-hour timer I used simple Virtue and Air. Level and left or right doesn't matter. just keep trying. It's on my nursery now :D

But I've never seen an update about this one? Did I miss something?

I tried awhile back for this one and got very frustrated with the fails. I was using lacewing or kite with air or lightning ... Then I gave up. But I really like the Fairy based dragons so I got all anxious again when I saw this one is now limited... Brings it right back up there again. So I was reading the posts from the original Seahorse thread - reliving everyone's pain with pink splitting. One post had success with Gold and Unicorn. I put that through the breeding calculator. The pair has less results and so I just tried it. First try 8 hours. Of course I am shocked. I don't post that often but wanted to let people know - if you have Gold and Unicorn...

Yay, I saw it was going limited so I chucked in Enlightened with Kaleidoscope and got 8 hours first try. Thought it was a genie but it turned out to be seahorse! So happy, but a bit sad since I cannot put it in the seaside habitat (only blue and white)

Makes a lot of sense to expire this cute dragon when there are tons of old, old dragons in the game that we are all so very tired of seeing.

Tried for this a bazillion times when it came out, and will try again. Took a break because it doesn't like my island. :/ Edit: checked my old post, and combined with this week's attempts, I'm only up to 28 attempts total. Have three sunrise dragons on the nests so that's it for now. :(

My recommendation to anyone still trying, us a combination that includes two pink type dragons. Ie. Lightning and Kite. This means that if one of the pinks splits, you will still have the other and Seahorse will still be a possible outcome. Hope this helps someone :)

For reference, I got mine with Enlightened and kaleidoscope on my first try.

Had to take drastic measures and go for owl/kitsune. Got it with that combo first try, no other yellow/pink/diamond combos worked. Took about 55 attempts.

Still trying for this but got a Kite instead , maybe I'll speed to hatch and evolve and try with Kite and Kitsune/Virtue or Diamond, I don't know what else to do.:( I got Kite with Athena/Virtue, weird combo I know but it gives me 16hours common fail instead 24.

I doubt you will get the goal. The requirement is that you "hatch" Seahorse before it expires. I'm not sure why this is a concern, most goals are for coin and xp, and if you play long enough these no longer matter. I do not think the game keeps track of which goals you completed for any meaningful purpose.
