What drops fertilizer most frequently?

I just collected from all 17 of my animals and only got 1 (and 6 of them are cows). I need 16 more in the next 2 hours to upgrade my gazebo before time runs out and I have no idea where i'll get them from.

Get some black and white cows and concentrate on them exclusively. You can do it!

Royal cows have a very fair drop rate, so does the conservatory.

All my cows drop Fertilizer. Its fairly common on my game.
