Occupation below user ID

Just wondering about the "occupation" designation listed below the user ID on the forum posts? Mine says "host(ess)" but that is not what I entered in my profile. Others say things like "rhino keeper" and "Executive chef". How do you change that?

I think it's based on the number of posts you have.
