How to get Faerie Respite and Tinker Camp

I'm at Level 30, have unlocked Thurston and Sabina, but still don't have access to the Faerie Respite. How can I get this? Also, the Tinker Camp is listed as a goal, but can also be bought with 99 trade tickets. Is it better to wait until it comes up as a goal - whenever that may be, or buy with the trade tickets I've collected?

The faerie respite doesn't unlock until you have completed quite a few quests in that storyline. I am level 31 and on step 9 of the fairy quests but it doesn't unlock until step 10. I used up all my silver getting the gazebo so saving up 200 silver for the 10 silver platters part of step 9 is still a LONG ways away for me. Anyway, you should have the beginning of the quest in your log. Note that one step involves visiting Sabina's house... Which takes forEVER to finish building due to the 4 magic cements part.
