Lol....I also need to calm down... TL has been great by keeping customers happy with continuous new releases but it's hard to keep up...I have changed my strategy a bit to only go for dragons I reeeeally want focusing on limited ones. It's become rare to breed the collections like Zodiac, Gemstone, Tropical etc..

Being on Android we only have one breeding den...I have learned to pick & choose..

One breeding den is all anyone has......

Many of the "new dragons" are TL's way of giving a dragon with a specific color make-up to "newer" players who did not get a previously limited dragon with those particular colors. They may look different (or slightly different) but they are essentially the same dragon. One red/white/blue is pretty much interchangeable with another red white and blue.

Concentrate on specific "families" and "types" and colors, less on the "appearance" or "need" to collect them all, and you will limit the anxiety, frustration and desperation to get any specific dragon.

Good luck! I got fireworks finally this time! I try every single time they bring it back - I think this is like the 4th time? Was so shocked I actually got one lol. I used carnival and fire, though after getting it, plus a firemane I didn't have, now all I get with that combo is magic. I am hoping I can get this one, sparkler, right off. I have had a lot of luck lately with some of the new ones, after a while of missing most of the limiteds.

Has anyone found a source that says the sparkler is limited? Dragon story wikia does show the sparkler under their limited dragons category, along with the independence dragon...but I haven't found mention of it anywhere else.

I'm also trying to figure out if I should just buy this one so I can try for independence through breeding.

It's not tagged in the market as Limited Time like Independence and Pride are. Right now it's just tagged Sale!. And I never pay retail. :)

Gah! I'm not sure whether to complain or jump for joy. My Mirage and Light just gave me a 44 hour "fail". So much for Independence or Sparkler. I just bought Sparkler because I don't want to miss it.

I got it with this combo too! Diamond and Mirage, 3rd try. I also got a Honeybee from this, which was great because I didn't already have it

If you have Diamond, you could use Diamond/Fireworks.

If you have neither of those, you could also use Fire/Rainbow, Water/Mythic, or Air/Tropic to avoid the single type fails.

And if nothing else, anything with blue, red, and yellow in the pool should have the ability to breed both Sparkler and Mirage. Good luck!
