Disappearing farm...help

Help! I have no idea what happened to my farm.

All of a sudden when I get into the game, my farm is disappearing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and restarted my ipad. Not sure what else to do. Picture shows what screen like...

If on IOS- go to settings- safari- clear out cookies.

If android;
Settings -Application manager -Farm Story 2 and hit the Clear data button .
