Is it possible for us to move the newstand or this one is just a bug?

Apparently when the game was first created you could move the newsstand, but then they changed it so it's permanently fixed. That's why stormie's is slightly shifted

When you visit someone and want to shop, it's a lot easier if you know exactly where their market is going to be, instead of having to hunt all over endlessly different layouts searching for it, right? I think that's why we can't move it, and I like it that way, personally. Scrolling too much around the bigger places will crash me too, if they have a lot of stuff, and I know I'm not alone in that regard. :-/
