Cake pieces not registering

Hi, could someone please check my game. Yesterday I only needed three collections to get the next prize. On my second collection the game froze for a second (no sync chicken) then reset back to before the collection. I recollected the cake but it did not register. I collected the third time in the evening and still didn't have enough cake. I upgraded again before bed, collected this morning it did the same thing. Still short on cake for the next prize. Thank you.

If you leave your game running when you are not playing, make sure you go visit a neighbor before trying to collect anything to prevent sync errors.

It is best to try and close out your game when not playing.

Kooky is correct, Make sure to force close your game between play sessions and visit neighbors before quitting a play session, these things will help prevent sync errors. As always feel free to write to support@teamlava.com should you have any further issues.
