Is it better to buy Fortune Teller or to buy something else for example : Living Tree and Magic Fruit Tree?

Fortune teller has limited fortunes, and new ones aren't released very often. I have the living wood tree and the magic fruit tree, but haven't used them much. I got them for decor mostly. If you can afford it, I would choose a Wizard school or two first. They give you 10 energy when they are at max level - I think every 4 hours - but I'm not positive about timing.
Also, glimmerdust troves are really handy. Maple (sap) tree has been really useful. Extra greenhouse, extra conservatory, extra libraries, extra jewelers, these have all been useful. Mermaid pool also useful.
Fish market, not so much.
If you don't have it, Harvest Pergola is great, drops lots of food stuff.
Mithril Dragon is Awesome, never have a shortage of it again.
