tournaments issue

What's going on with the tournaments? From two days I'm not able to run any. When I run some tournament the game hooked on waiting for players. I've tried to reinstall the app but noting changed. I don't have any problems playing online with tickets. Someone please help me.This pool is the best and I need it!
