The new world event is great but im confused on where i can complete these " quests " at a quest outpost? Can anyone help me and tell me where i can locate that.

If you are on IOS and you are at a certain level you should have a quest outpost on your Isle somewhere. The quests are in there. Usually there are 3 to 6 different ones at any time.

Apparently for some people they only get one Soccer Ball from the quest, while others (including my sister) get all four? Anyone know about this?
