Defeat Esmeralda glitch !

So after working forever to make my sword and defeat Esmeralda I fight her. I used a 50+life bonus box I had saved in my inventory and finally defeated her. After I defeated her I clicked on " Arrest her" and the whole thing froze up. The music came back as if I was fighting her. I exited the game and logged back Into the game. It came back as if I never fought her yet. I used 4 gems to speed up the glimmer gate so that I could see what happens and Esmeralda appeared again right back to the beginning with 99 lives to go ! Went to my inventory and my +50 lives were gone, so were my 4 gems I had to use. Love this game but feel it's not worth all the time put into it when things like this happen.
Anyone else have this happen ?

Thanks! For some reason I thought her name was Esmeralda which is why I didn't find and other posts about it. I now have found another thread about Greselda and the same problem I had ! Sorry for the confusion ! Little brain dead today !
