I would suggest that next time there is an expansion of land (like truffle farm)that it be made available at a specific higher level. Right now everyone is holding tools and deeds/maps/permits to try and expand. It is difficult to buy anything. I have not had any deeds drop for days with many many deliveries nor can I find (and I've spent too much to time trying) and of course can't buy any in the side shops. Everyone is selling the same goods and a lot of the fun has been lost since the expansion!
