feisty red fish

I have a goal called a witch and a half where I have to discover adamant so I have to find 20 red fish is this a rare drop from ponds or wells? can they be dropped from wells and swampy pond? has anyone else completed this task?

Hi Hollie,

have a look at the following thread (post #2). It is said that you can get the fish from ponds and wells. When the update came out the swampy pond hasn't existed yet so I don't think you get the fish from there. But I may be mistaken.

Aww, I remember those cute lil red fish, wish they stayed around!
They don't drop from the swamp, just ponds & wells, and only while you're on that part of the quest ...then they disappear

you can get the red fish also from swampy pond...
I just completed this goal a few days ago and I got red fish only from regular ponds and wells, never from the swampy ponds
