Stolen gold for the spin wheel

I spent 30 gold on my spin and I lost my connection and when I was able to get back online I lost my gold and spin tell me 21 hours until my next spin which is stupid considering the wheel is gone in 13 hours. I need some help I saw in forum someone else had the same problem. I need a solution to get my gold back or my spin.
