Palace Oven Goal, Won't let me purchase!

now I'm at the goal where its asking me to purchase the Palace oven and start baking goods on it. for some reason when I proceed to purchase the Palace oven it is shaded out as in I am NOT able to purchase it because I have not met the goal when obviously it's telling me to buy it so I can cook the bake goods on it. What am I doing wrong?

Have you completed "a sure bet for deliciousness"? You have to complete that first. It tells you that below where it's saying to buy the ovens as well. ;)
