Sped up the crafting for a Garnet Tree life Trinket.....

....and only received a simple Tree Life Trinket? It cost me two gems to speed up.
I thought I must've selected the wrong thing, so started to craft it again....spent the two gems to speed it up again and still only got a simple tree life trinket (not the Garnet one I need).

Am now four gems down, two simple tree life trinkets up and no garnet tree life trinket? :-(

The faeries are actively sabotaging you while crafting this. If they win you get back your life tree trinket but lose your garnet. If you win you get the garnet trinket. Keep crafting it and you'll beat them at some stage.

Ah, ok, I see.
I didn't get any conversation to understand that.
