There currently isn't any easy way to do this because the developers haven't created a "proper" way to do it. Using the current back-door method of restarting your bakery will also cause all your other Story games to restart and cause you to lose ALL your neighbors.

However, if you're only playing Bakery Story and you don't love your neighbors and if you're using an Apple device and you can find someone who absolutely hates the Teamlava Story games and have sworn never to play them, then you might ask them to allow you to transfer your current Storm8 ID onto their device. Once this is done, you'll find a new bakery waiting for you when you start Bakery Story.
