How to Visit Someone Else's Arctic Isles

Okay so this is probably a newbie question, but how do I visit someone else's Arctic Isles? I myself don't have the Arctic Isles, nor do I want to but I like looking at other's places, and I wanted to see the Icecrown dragon.
Is it even possible to see their Arctic Isles?

Players can visit each other's main islands, but not each other's Arctic Isles. When a Caretaker unlocks their Arctic Isles, they're the only one able to take their Airship through the portal.
