I made two unintentional​ payment buying ?2.99 worth of gold as the page was playing up. The first payment was ?2.99 and the second was ?34.99 I not bother about the payment of ?2.99 I want a refund fund of the payment of ?34.99.

I contacted iphone right way got a reply, but I had not received my email receipt so waited till I did and email them the order number.

They have not got back to me yet how much chance have I got of getting the money back ?
