Can't collect sparkles

Hi, I just upgraded to the latest version today. Noticed that I can't collect any sparkles, and I get a ton of visits from neighbors. Clicking on the habitats with sparkles doesn't do anything, so people can't play. I can only collect when habitats have the Collect tag.

I'm on level 150 so am accustomed to collecting sparkles and clearing for neighbors. Right now it's the midnight reset and a lot of people are visiting, but tapping on the habitats to clear sparkles does nothing.

I force closed, no luck. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I recall a couple of neighbors having this problem in the past, but they're no longer in the game so I can't ask how they solved the problem.

I would rebuild the habitats, but many of them are purchased and upgraded with gold. :(

i have the same problem (reported back in April) and kooky panda just replayed to me that it will be a fix for it in the next update.

Oh good! A fix was pushed out with the new 1.9.4 version update!
