Olive Tree

Hi, I recently went up to level 29,
but I don't see the olive trees at the store.
My neighbors who are level 28, 29 have olive trees on their farms,
so I think I should see them too but I just don't see them at all.
What's the problem here?
Can I fix this?

You most probably need the release - Fall or Thanksgiving - there are some items that are not in regular version.
