Glitch resolution (?) email

I got an email that my ticket was resolved, but I'm not understanding what the resolution is. I'm not posting to restart the debate or anything like that (not a fan of confrontation lol)...I'm just confused.

If you've received an email that your ticket was resolved, an agent has responded to your ticket. Please check your spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox. :)
