uninstall kindle game

I'm at lv 118 and can't play at all without game shutting down. If I uninstall game and then reinstall will I lose my game progress? Force closing game is not solving problems. Nor is clearing cache. Device has more than two thirds memory free and is only a year old.

I have uninstalled my Android version as well. I can't do anything without my game crashing constantly. Its very frustrating not being able to get anything accomplished.

You will not lose your progress, you games are saved on the TL servers.

If this recently started happening, I believe there is a current issue.
