Bakery Story - Storm8 ID: ydnewrich

I love playing Bakery Story. However, my device got damaged, so I had to change it. When I did, I re-installed Bakery Story on my new device, but I was unable to continue the game from the level that I had already attained - level 26 or 27 (not too sure). When I attempted to use my Storm ID, I was told that it was already in use by someone else. I was crushed, because I'm now being for to start over the game from level 1. How do I get to continue the game from the level that I had already attained, using my original Storm ID ydnewrich?

They may need some info to verify your identity though, so not sure if you have access to the old device still to pull it up, if you don't remember. I believe they ask for your current gem & coin total, bakery level, Storm ID and bakery name.
