Transferring from one device to another

Does anyone know how to transfer a game from one device to another?
I want to transfer Dragon Story from my old device to my new IPad.
I don't want to start Dragon Story all over again. I play Dragon Story,
Bakery Story, Restaurant Story, Zoo Story, Fashion Story and Farm Story 2.
