Hi, how do you get belladonna's inscriptions? I can't find them.

There is an exchange that uses the glimmer plants in the royal exchange. You get one inscription for each trade. You craft the plants in the greenhouse from the dark seeds you also craft in the greenhouse

Even if you don't have the quest yet start crafting the plants because you need over 200 plants.

340 plants, actually, which In turn is 1020 dark seeds, or 3060 each of shards and fragments if you average 3 seeds each time.
