Can't sell items in my restaurant story

I hv try to sell some items in my restaurant but can't.
There is no sell button on the right hand side when I tap on the item that I want to sell.
Anyone can advise me?

Hai..can I sell away unused floors n walls since I have so many of it?

No material what or where the floor or wall section can not be sold. From storage or out of storage. I've tried a million times. If I click on the wall in storage it want me to place it no sell option. And it so t let me click on it out of storage at all.

How much do you get if you sell a crate item? I got the starfish lamp of of the beach resort crate and I would like to sell it, but I don't know how much I'll get for it
