Hiya, I was playing the game yesterday morning and my snail snacks were ready. So I took them off and put on some dirt cups. As I was preparing the dirt cups the game 'processed' or whatever it is and when it finished all my food was ready and 30 gems were gone.
I didn't press any setting in order for this too happen and I've been saving up so long as I pay gems for expansions.
I don't think it's fair on me for this to have happened and I was wondering if you could give me back the 30 gems, idk what happened but ALL the food just finished and I know I'd put something on last night at 9pm for 12 hours so it shouldn't be done yet!!
Please help me as it rakes so long to save up gems and they just all disappeared. :(
