daily bonuses

For some reason I am not receiving my daily bonuses anymore, could someone tell me what I may be doing wrong

Should try to restart the game by double tap the Home button, when the game icon appear hold it down for couple second and then press the (-) button. Then go go back to regular screeen and go into the game. U should get daily bonuses.!!!!!
