I updated the game from market. I even restarted the game. Still no sign of wallpapers and ground tiles. Btw, expand tab is the last tab for me. The same is in the Bakery story.

If you want to tell me that update through Andro market is not enough, then go to hell with such game. I expect all my apps to be updated from the market. If they ****ed up the market update that's their problem not mine.
