Cant buy gems in bakery story

Hi,

I am running a samsung galaxy tab 3 tablet using android 4.2.2 and when I click on the add button next to the gems to buy more nothing happens. If I go to an item in the store and try to purchase something that is more gems than I have then I get a popup saying I need to buy more gems so I click on it and nothing happens, the pop up just goes away. I don't have any problem buying stuff in my other games so I am wondering what the issue is with the team lava games.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try restarting your device.
If you still have issues, try uninstalling then reinstalling the game from google play.

Hi, I did both of those things, and also reset my tablet to factory settings and then installed bakery story and still have the same problem. Any other ideas?

Have you tried closing the app, logging out of your google play account, logging back into your google play account and re entering your payment details then opening the game?
