Purchased gems but will not download

Please help. I purchased gems for more life's for Candy Mania. I pushed the pay button and it says something like you have already paid for this purchase??? I keep getting charged and I never get my life's. It says it was purchased thru the App Store?..

Try deleting and redownloading the game.
Make sure you have the most current apple software update for your device.

If you still have issues, send an email to support@teamlava.com along with a copy of your iTunes receipt showing proof of purchase.

I have moved your thread to its own post since this is not a Restaurant issue, but a Candy Mania Issue.
