Is this worth buying? I got the Mermaid Pond, and the drops are VERY slow. Thought it was a waste.

Not if you need a lot of living wood yesterday. However, as a resource it is useful. It drops 1-3 living wood every 4 hours along with a piece of wood. Good way to rebuild a stockpile.

I love the living wood tree and while it seems not a great deal of extra living wood every four hours, I think it does make a big difference. I've had plenty of living wood for dragon quests and ornate beams and architect paste. If you collect regularly you can get 5-15 extra living wood a day.

Absolutely worth it! Living Wood was constantly my biggest problem before these lovely trees were made available.

Now, the face can be a little difficult to work with, if you are focused on a specific look for your kingdom, but 3 of the 4 sides have no face, so it's more disconcerting than anything, as it is easy to work around.
