Missing collection pieces in Bingo.

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing missing collection items in Bingo. For example, I will receive an item for my collection that I am working on (yay!), I only work on one at a time until I complete it, and then I will notice that the most recent I earned is gone!!!!! This is very frustrating because they don't come along very often. Any feedback? I think it's time for a possible update? I love this game, am a constant player and spend $ too. Please look into this :)

It seems like you have encountered a sync error. These occur when your device and our servers disagree or cannot send information to each other to save your game progress including collection items, tickets, and Gems either used or received. Our games do need a stable internet connection so that game progress can be saved periodically. Unfortunately, we are unable to restore any lost items due to the sync error. We apologize for the inconvenience.
