Truffle Farm info?

Okay, I"m close to getting to the truffle forest expansion. Can someone tell me how many permits, deeds and expansions are needed for the truffle forest square itself? Also, somewhere it was mentioned you then need to do some repairs - what parts are needed for the repairs?

I've expanded my barn to 875 and I STILL don't have enough room for all these expansion papers and tools. Yikes!

Based on this information I am going to have to avoid expanding to the truffle farm like I haven't expanded to the water garden. These things require too many deeds, maps, permits and coins.

That will explain why no planks are coming up for sale!! My forge is redundant at the moment :(

At a certain point, you will get stuck because you can't get enough papers and parts to open the forest, and if you don't harvest truffles, you can't send half of the plane orders or most (if not all) of the train orders. So therefore, you can't earn enough gems or get paper drops to open the truffle forest.

Those that pay for gems to expand or those who had a stockpile of papers right before the upgrade are probably still enjoying the game.
