Bought gold and can't get it

I got a gold pack Saturday and it's now Thursday and have not revived the gold bars and if I try to rebuy that pack I get a message that iv already perchesed pack but have not downloaded have tryed updating and everything I can thank of other then reinstalling the game any ideas

You can try deleting and redownloading the game.

If this does not work, send an email to support@teamlava.com so an agent can check your game.

Like with what kooky said, deleting and reinstalling or force-closing the game and rebooting should help load your purchase. If this doesn't help, contact support@teamlava.com with your full receipt information so a support agent can look into your purchase.
