Receiving Gifts

I have downloaded the original Farm Story and the updates seem to be in place. I can send gifts and remove neighbors, etc., but I am not receiving gifts. I had a few this morning but I have received notices from neighbors that they have sent me gifts all day but they are not there. Do the fact I'm sending gifts have anything to do with me receiving gifts?

I found the same thing - got notices of gifts and accepted but nothing appeared on the farm

The gifts appear under EDIT. There is a INVENTORY on the left of the sceen.
You will find your gifts there.

Am I billed for gifts or does it automatically come off of my coin count if accepted?

Just got a new icon on the bottom left corner of my home page titled Inventory - click on the icon and your gifts will display. Interestly you can place your gifts but also return them to inventory to use later when you have the room or you could sell them too. What a great new add on!!!
