All my Treasure Troves gone!

I had just got my Polaris snow and built the Ultramarine nest, given all my 99 jewels, iron, silver, and then chopped ALL my 15 or so troves, a rock outcrop and dark cave formation - then the game reset and I'm back to square one! My inventory shows 99 jewels, but none of the materials I got from the troves, the additional jewels from them and the outcrops. Help please!

Sorry to hear that, your account may have experienced a Sync Error where your progress and the items you provided were reverted back onto your account. You can avoid Sync Errors by maintaining a stable connection to your internet service and visiting a neighbor to ensure saved progress. Since your account did reach the limit of 99 for these items, any additional items collected would not be kept as you have already reached the capacity.
